Registrations

All participants can either register using the Electronic Registration Form or alternatively, they can download the Registration Form, complete it and send it to the Administrative-Organizing Bureau, Conferre Ltd., by email, fax or post.

Please note that no Registration Form will be accepted unless accompanied by proof of full payment (copy of bank remittance sent it by email or fax to the Administrative-Organizing Bureau, fax: +30 26510 68611 )

2. STUDENT’S REGISTRATION FEE OF THE PRE10 CONFERENCE INCLUDES:

• Admission to all sessions of the scientific programme
• Certificate of Attendance
• Conference material (final programme, abstract book, conference proceedings in electronic format)
• Welcome Reception on Monday, July 5th
• Conference dinner

3. ONE DAY REGISTRATION FEE OF THE PRE10 CONFERENCE INCLUDES:

• Admission to all sessions of the of one day programme
• Certificate of One -Day Attendance
• Conference material (final programme, abstract book, conference proceedings in electronic format)
• Coffee break(s) and lunch(es)

In order for students to be entitled to the reduced registration fee, they should provide the Secretariat with their student identification card upon registration (and on-site during the conference).

Note: After June 30th, 2010 registrations can only be made on-site at the Conference Secretariat which will be operating at the Municipal Theatre of Corfu from Monday, July 5th, to Friday, July 9th, 2010.

After on line registration you will receive a “Registration Submission Number” indicating that your registration has successfully been submitted. Note: Your registration will not be confirmed unless accompanied by proof of full payment.

Your registration will not be confirmed unless accompanied by proof of full payment. The copy of the bank remittance should be sent by fax: 26510 68611 or e-mail: info@conferre.gr no later than 5 days after receiving this on line registration form.

After this period your registration will not be processed

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received before/on May 30th , 2010, will be refunded less 40%.
Written cancellations received after this date will not be entitled to any refund.
All such amounts will be settled after the Conference.

Receipts

Receipts for Registration expenses will be provided to participants on - site by the Secretariat Desk, upon request.
