Guidelines and Information for Poster Presentations

All scientific sessions of the Conference (oral and poster presentations) will take place in the Main Hall (ROOM A), the New Scene Hall (ROOM B) and the foyer of the Municipal Theatre of Corfu.

Oral Sessions

All presenting authors will have 15 min available for their presentation and therefore they are kindly requested to be consistent with the time slots. They are kindly requested to be present in the Conference venue at least 1 hour before the beginning of the session in order to provide their presentation ( PPT format in a USB-flash/disk, CD-ROM )to the technical support personnel (inside each room).

If the presentation is scheduled early in the morning, presenting authors are kindly requested to check their presentation the day before. If they are using a Mac for their presentation, they are kindly requested to contact the technical support personnel at least two (2) hours before their presentation in order to check for any compatibility issues. If there are embedded video clips in the presentation, please remember to submit video files separately.
